We've been receiving a lot of complaints and information about people getting their WoW (and other) accounts hacked/keylogged and their characters stolen. We could only imagine the feeling this must cause as a lot of time goes into building a character. So .. seeing as we are always up for some interesting investigations, we'd like to hear from you if you've had this happen to you, or if it’s just happened to you!
If you are reading this and it has happened to you, the best thing to do is not to try and remove any files, as this makes the investigation process much harder.
Btw, this doesn't apply to just WoW users, but to all MMORPG's, so let us know either via the blog or at our email address.

Hello,
I've recently got locked out of my account and recovered it through a call at another country( was on holiday). A week later, i got hacked again. The hacker changed my e-mail and password and my local phone line can't reach Blizzard's Phone Line. Is there another way to get it back?

Hello
Am trawling the internet in search of some satisfactory answers.
I had been without internet for about 4 days, trying to resolve a dispute between 2 competing ISP's, when upon reconnection yesterday I discovered myself locked out of my account, and unable to recover my password because my email address of a week ago is now defunct (apparently Blizzard won't respond to claims not sent from the registered email address).
Without the account I can't seek help or advice on the WoW site forum - and being in New Zealand - don't appear to be able to phone anyone either.
Two years invested in the game, not to mention the monthly costs - and this is what it comes too.
What, if anything - can be done?
